Sustainability at GROB

Progressive. Environmentally aware. Future-oriented.

As a global company, we see it as our responsibility to make our business practices as sustainable as possible. We are aware that sustainability is not only a question of our corporate responsibility, but also an opportunity to ensure our long-term business success.

„Excellence in sustainable technology“

Sustainability is firmly anchored in our products and our actions at the family-owned company GROB. This idea is also reflected in our corporate vision.
A clear commitment to a sustainable future.

Our sustainability principles

Through our sustainable actions …

… we protect our financial foundations.

… we fulfill the legal requirements.

… we increase our economic success.

… we improve our internal and external impact.

… we live up to our role as a socially and environmentally conscious employer and business partner.

Environment

As a global company, GROB is aware of its responsibility for climate and environmental protection.

At all its locations, GROB is continuously working on improvement of energy and resource efficiency. The objective of environmental and energy management is to reduce production-related environmental impacts, conserve resources, increase energy efficiency and develop products in such a way that their environmental impacts (including energy and resource consumption) are sustainably reduced.

SOCIAL AFFAIRS

As an international company, GROB not only sees itself as an economic player, but also as part of society and a responsible party for social concerns.

GROB is firmly convinced that social commitment and economic success can go hand in hand. That is why GROB is involved in numerous projects and initiatives to take on social responsibility and contribute to a better world.

GOVERNANCE

Only a stable and reliable foundation can ensure lasting success. To achieve this, GROB relies on clear rules, binding values, transparent structures and respectful cooperation. This is also reflected in our group-wide Code of Conduct.

GROB establishes structures and processes to conscientiously implement legal requirements, such as the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act. Measures for upcoming challenges, such as the implementation of the EU taxonomy and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), which is expected to apply to GROB from 2026, are planned and implemented at an early stage.
